Booking Terms & Conditions – (Last updated23/11/11)
  1. Quotes are valid for 60 days. To accept this quotation, please send in written notification by email or our online booking page at www.rodcatterall.com.au within 30 days of the program delivery date.
  2. Invoices are payable 7 days from invoice date. Payment must be made by direct debit to the nominated bank account nominated on the invoice. Late payments will incur interest of 1% on the outstanding amount compounding daily on all accounts overdue more than 7 days.
    • all program Fees are payable in advance of program commencement. Where payment is not received by the program commencement, Rod Catterall & Associates (All Stars Group) reserves the right to suspend delivery of the program until payment is received.   
  3. Cancellation and Postponement policy is as follows:
    • no charge if the workshop is cancelled or postponed more than four weeks prior to the training.
    • a fee of 40% of the agreed fee is payable if the workshop is cancelled or postponed within four weeks of the workshop and 100% of the fee is payable if the workshop is cancelled or postponed within two weeks of the workshop.
  4. Unless specified Fees are exclusive of travel cost for travel outside Metropolitan Melbourne.
  5. Changes to the program, including but not limited to the program delivery date, must be made in writing to Rod Catterall & Associates (All Stars Group).
  6. Prior to training all relevant safety policies and care plan documents in relation to the training required need to be forward to our office.
    • list of the participants to our office 1 week prior to the training date for certificates to be presented on the day.
  7. Facilities required for program delivery, except as otherwise advised in writing by Rod Catterall & Associates (All Stars Group), will be provided by Client.   
    • venue needs to be large enough for 20 participants to be able to stand in a circle and swing their arms and not touch one another.
    • room needs to be set up with chairs in a U shape with only one table for my laptop. Also, we request you have available a white board, data projector for the power point presentation.
  8. Numbers – The program will be delivered on a ratio of 20 participants to 1 trainer.  The Clients confirmation of the number of participants is required on an attendance list submitted no later than 7 days prior to delivery of program. Extra numbers will incur additional charges, which will be advised by Rod Catterall & Associates (All Stars Group) upon receipt of participant numbers prior to training.
  9.  Injuries, illness or special needs must be brought to the attention of the trainer before the program commencement.
  10. Indemnity clause– The Client hereby absolves and indemnifies Rod Catterall Associates (All Stars Group) the providers and all their servants, agents, employees and other persons under the providers control (the “indemnified”) from all liability arising for injury or damage (including but not limited to the, property and damage and / or personal injury, whether fatal or otherwise) however caused, including by the negligence of the indemnified, arising out of or connection with the program or participation in the program or in anyway caused by, or arising from the actions of Rod Catterall & Associates (All Stars Group). The Client , has been advised of and understands that the practice of techniques demonstrated during the program is potentially dangerous.
  11. Following the training
    • participant feedback sheets will be forwarded back to you with any certificates outstanding.
    • a training review will be conducted following the training and a meeting sought to discuss the recommendations and or concerns.
