How to cancel your session
Call & email your reason for cancelling to our office as soon as possible on Phone 03 9579 0800 ask for Victoria and email firstname.lastname@example.org
If your call is unanswered, please call or message the Director on 0418 564 249.
If you are rescheduling your session you will need to do that ASAP to avoid any cancellation fee.
What happens when you cancel?
Cancellations require as much notice as possible within business hours.
Please be aware when we receive your booking we have allocated a trainer to deliver such training on the requested date along with all relevant paperwork and printing for participants (if required). In the event the training is cancelled at short notice under the required notice time, RCA and our trainers are out of pocket for time spent preparing your job for training.
If cancelling at short notice happens more than once, we may need to discuss our agreement with you in regards to future delivery.
What are the terms for cancelling or rescheduling services?
In the event that the Client cancels the training aspect of the Services more than 21 days prior to the date upon which the training was to commence then in that event RCA shall be entitled to charge 50% of the training charge. In the event that the Client cancels the training aspect of the Services within 21 days prior to the date upon which the training was to commence then in that event RCA shall be entitled to charge the full amount of the training as invoiced to the Client. If the client reschedules the training to another date RCA is still entitled to charge you under the agreement the agreed fee under these terms. It is up to the discretion of the Managing Director Rod Catterall if any or a portion of such fee will be waivered under the agreed terms.
