Ethical Response Safety Training (ERST) can be tailored to the individual or as a standard package. Aimed at staff / carers who may be at risk who work/ or care for a person with a disability or mental illness and those whose job it is to do home visits and working in the community. In this workshop the following will be covered: assessing and minimizing risk; managing your own feelings, warning sign of anger, personal safety strategies, lots of safety tips to minimize the risk of assault. Along with learning how to defuse and de escalate an aggressive person before its too late. Workshop will also involve practice scenarios, case studies which will enable participants to learn and work through the issues better.
