Online Training T & C’s

We offer continuing professional development (CPD) either through our online virtual training classrooms or live streaming of a broadcast.

Our online training allows you to:

• have contact with the facilitators for Q & A
• request a customised training program (Organisation Only)
• receive a Certificate of Attendance for each completed program

Our ‘live’ online seminars are pre-scheduled programs presented through our virtual classroom  at a pre-determined date and time. If you cannot make the ‘live’ session, then you can watch and listen to the program at a convenient time within the next two (2) weeks following the original scheduled date.

Our online seminars focus on topics of interest and are presented by facilitators experienced in that topic. During ‘live’ online seminars, attendees will be able to:

• Interact with presenter via the computer
• View the virtual white board
• See the slides presented by the facilitator
• See the trainer live as you ask questions

• our programs have been developed specifically by us for our clients, not downloaded from YouTube.

As a participant of our archive recordings we will provide you with the learning outcomes for each program, to assist you with your learning plan.

Always have a pen and paper with you when listening to the archive recordings, so you may stop the recording and jot down questions for the facilitator. You can then email these to our office at the completion of each presentation. All cost of archived recordings are discounted, cost per facility / location is $900 for a total 6 hour program or for individuals it is $175.
