We are a team of trainers from specialist areas which include back grounds in disability, cultural awareness, rehabilitation psychology, complex behaviour consultancy, operational safety and tactics instruction. The group has have come together under RCA Rod Catterall & Associates to now build and deliver tailored training programs for front line staff across the private, corporate and government sectors. Front line training and consulting has included the roll – out of front line training to Latrobe Community Health Services state wide. We will work with the client and purpose build a program to suit and application from simple customer service to complex behaviour consulting. More recent and ongoing is the tailored behaviour training to DHHS staff around complex behaviours within DAS disability accommodation services, Tipping Foundation, Scope Victoria, to Chisholm Institute to Go Tafe colleges around occupational violence prevention training.
