We can Provide Professional Development Training in Health, Welfare, Disability, Aged Care, Out of Home Care – (Residential Care, Home Based Care such as Foster Care, Kinship Care, Permanent Care), LGBTIQA, Local Government – (Local Council Municipalities), Education – (Kindergarten Child Care / Early Learning Centres, Primary, Secondary, & Special Development School), and Justice Sectors. All training workshops are strength based and person centred for best practice outcomes to each sector. Training is suitable for all Staff, Case Managers and Carers incl Family Members. Training can be run as 3 hour Live Webinar or 1 hour Pre-recorded Webinar, 1/2 day Refresher, Standard 1 Day Training or 2 Day Intensive with a workbook, or a 5-8  Day Train the Trainer. Individualised training is under NDIS (Core Supports – Improved Relationships) involves a pre zoom meeting, full day Individualised training, post zoom meeting followed with 1 hour session of Behaviour Coaching & Mentoring. All training certificates are valid for 12 month. RCA provides the DHHS (DAS) Disability Accommodation Services “kNOw Occupational Violence Prevention training & implementation.” Our training is  face to face, and online via webinar or  as a train the trainer.

All behaviour management training meets the relevant School Policy Requirements, Australian Standards for Teachers, NDIS Practice Standards, Positive Behaviour Support Framework  and Quality & Safeguards Commission and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
