Trauma Informed Care Training Australia Wide

Trauma Informed Care Training (TIC)

Our Trauma-Informed Care Training helps staff understand the impact trauma can have on behaviour, communication, emotional regulation, relationships, and engagement.

This training is designed for professionals working with children, young people, adults, and families across disability, out-of-home care, child protection, education, healthcare, mental health, aged care, and community services.

Participants learn how trauma and attachment influence behaviour, how to recognise trauma responses, and how to respond in a way that reduces escalation, promotes safety, and supports positive outcomes.

The training includes practical strategies, case studies, and scenario-based learning to help staff apply trauma-informed approaches in real workplace situations.
