Workforce Recruitment

Rebecca Michelini at Ternary ( Recruitment & Funding Specialists )

If you are a growing organisation needing a well trained workforce then please contact Rebecca at www.ternary.com.au or Mobile 0438 096 467

Immediate Recruitment

Ternary has a talent pool of over 5000 pre-screened candidates who are currently or wanting to work in the healthcare sector. Our speciality is from frontline workers, clearers, kitchen staff and support workers through to Allied Health, Registered Nurses and Physiotherapist.

We pride ourselves on immediate placement and matching candidates to our employer partners requirements and culture.

Cost to employers range from 2.5% (gross annual salary, including super) + 40% of subsidies / incentives or 7.5% (gross annual salary, including super), upon successful placement of the Ternary referral. We look for long term relationships, where we can assist the employer to meet their current workforce requirements, without accessing Agency staff.

Transitional Pre-Employment Program

The Transitional Pre-Employment program is a 2 – 3 week pre-employment program, aimed at working with new employees to offer them additional training (soft skills, accredited and non-accredited training) and work experience. Allowing the employer and the participant to build up relevant workplace experience, skills an confidence to hit the ground running as an employee at the conclusion of the pre-employment program.

The funding is applied for and potentially granted by Ternary’s partner provider (State Government), this funding will allow us to deliver the pre-employment program as built with our employer partner. This funding does not include the recruitment fee, unfortunately this program doesn’t cover the recruitment costs, please refer to the Immediate Recruitment costs above.

Average program has 10 – 15 participants / employment opportunities, with each participants attracting $1,500 – $2,000.

Employer is eligible for Wage Subsidies at the conclusion of 13 – 26 weeks of employment of each candidate, from the commencement of the employment.

Pre-Employment Program

The Pre-Employment program is a longer program, running from 6 – 12 weeks, where funding is applied for through the Department of Jobs and Small Business. This funding covers a wider range of services including:

  • Recruitment
  • Project Management
  • Accredited Training
  • Non-Accredited Training
  • Soft Skills Training
  • Buddy / Mentoring Training
  • Work Placement (insurances)
  • Administration and Reporting
  • Post Placement Support (for 6 months from commencement of employment)

This application process is longer than previous programs, but we are able to build a program to match the employer partners needs and requirements. We build the program to meet the employers needs and requirements, this includes recruitment.

The program must offer a minimum of 10 employment and up to 15 employment opportunities, with funding varying from $4,500 – $5,500 per participant.

Employer is eligible for Wage Subsidies at the conclusion of 13 – 26 weeks of employment of each candidate, from the commencement of the employment.

Traineeship

We also have a model where we use the above pre-employment programs and add them to a traineeship program (24 months in duration), allowing our employer partners to access various additional funding, support and incentives to offer candidates continuous training in a full qualification.

Additional funding can include from $1,500 – $4,000 per trainee, above the pre-employment program funding mentioned above.
