Standard LIVE WEBINAR Training

  • Groups of up to 20 attendees per session will engage with a live  expert presenter for 3 hours who will delve into the content, discuss  techniques through video demonstrations. Following the presentation, staff will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback via an online form, enabling them to receive their online certificate upon completion.

Behaviour COACHING and MENTORING / SUPERVISION Online

  • Participants comprising max of 10 practitioners/staff will join a 1 hr live webinar led by an expert presenter who will explore challenging behaviour you may be experiencing first hand in depth. Through interactive discussions and practical demonstrations, attendees will learn effective strategies for managing and de escalating volatile situations and complex behaviours. They will have the chance to ask questions and share insights during the session. At the conclusion of the webinar, participants can provide feedback via an online form.

What Next

Step 1. Book in your webinar via our online booking form with a list of attendees email addresses.
Step 2. Payment must be made prior to all presentations prior to presentation or as agreed.
Step 3. Each attendee will receive the zoom link and a PDF downloadable copy of the handouts.
Step 4. Each attendee needs to be on a separate device, then simply click on the link to start viewing our presentation.
Step 5. Fill in our online feedback form under contact us to receive your certificate on the day.
Step 6. Certificate of attendance & Feedback form will be emailed to your organisation following the presentation within 7 days.

PRE RECORDED Webinar Training 

  • Participants will have access to a pre-recorded webinar for 21 days on request, presented by an expert in the field. The webinar includes video demonstrations and informative content that varies in duration from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. At the end of the session, attendees will take a short (Text Based Quiz) where staff answer the multiple choice / true or false questions based on the video to validate their understanding. Upon passing the quiz, participants will need to fill out the online feedback form to receive their certificate of completion.
