How to cancel your session

Please notify our office of any cancellations or rescheduling requests as soon as possible.

What happens when you cancel?

We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. However, since we allocate resources and prepare materials based on your booking, we kindly request that you provide as much notice as possible during business hours.

Short-notice cancellations or rescheduling may result in incurred costs for our trainers and administrative staff.

If such instances occur frequently, we may need to discuss future arrangements with you.

What are the terms for cancelling or rescheduling services?

In the event that the organisation cancels the training aspect of the Services more than 14 days prior to the If you need to cancel the training aspect of the services, we have the following terms:

  • Cancellation more than 14 working days no fee will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 8 -14 working days prior to the scheduled training incurs a charge of 50% of the training
  • Cancellation within 7 working days prior to the scheduled training incurs the full training fee.
  • If you reschedule the training, the agreed fee remains applicable, subject to the Managing Director Rod Catterall’s discretion on any potential waivers under the agreed terms.
