RCA works with team leaders, supervisors and management teams on advanced leadership & coaching skills. We also work with teachers, education support staff, carers, principals and allied health professionals supporting students with complex behavioural needs. We have an in-depth understanding of advanced leadership / coaching skills and how to motivate teams. Along with other areas of study which includes the impacts of trauma on educational engagement, Positive Behaviour Support frameworks, PBS interventions across the tiers and excellence in the provision of functional behavioural assessment and reflective practice. We can provide services across the PBS tiers that meet the needs of individual students, classrooms, whole of school, staff and leadership team.
CONFERENCE Training
We provide a conference type presentation that can be customised to entire staffing cohort or just managers. This will involve additional charges to customised the training to fit into your time allocation. Presented in away to impress, inform and educate the team. Prices on a per head bases.
